launcher wont load

iv followed all the guides i have found but i havnt seen anyone with the same problem i have, i have downgraded to the correct version and installed the launcher but when i click it the launcher comes up and i press start and it disapears but dosent load the game. yeas i have changed to /na version prior to downloading too.

any ideas would be great as iv spent hours trying to sort this out

 

Make sure u've installed it in the right folder . usually C/Program Files/NCsoft/Aion
Also check ur directX , has to be fully upgraded

 

Any error appear from launcher or game?
Or when you press start the launcher close and the game don't open?

 

I was having this problem too awhile back. I ended up needing to get someone who still had the old launcher to send it to me in order to get it to work. I have the old launcher but I'm not at home this weekend to be able to upload it.

 

nope no error messgae at all, and my directX is up to date
anyone know where i can find the old launcher?

 

try to close ur anti virus and reinstall the gamezaion launcher again

But usually this problem is from DirectX.. if it continue try to reinstall it

hmmmm, what if you redownload again the NCSOFT? but take time to redownload again >.<

 

I'm having 11 too... but aion need 9+ to run.
Try to install direct 9.. it will not overwrite 11.

 

iv downloaded twice already

 

sigh, i have directx 9 now and still nothing
may try a repair but dont wanna have to downgrade again
