Need Help please!

Here's my question, my friend got newly installed Aion and he wants to play GamezAion. He done all the procedure on how to connect on gamez, and the problem is when he was trying to lunch the game , only Ncsoft came up and bang! nothing happen! what's wrong with this? Help please!

first of all tell him to downgrade aion and then tell him to open aion from crystal/gamez launcher no ncsoft one

 

maam, the thread tells that 2.5 downgrade to 2.1.x.x , should i follow it? because the version of my friend Aion is on 2.1.0.7, is it posible also by upgrading it? or download manually the patch 2.1.0.12?

 

and i dont know where he get his aion why is it that the version is 2.1.0.7 LOL ..

 

if he download aion less time ago, his version is 2.5 because the NCSoft launcher automatically upgrade the game to the lastest verion, which is 2.5, but gamez/crystal support 2.1.x.x version

 

and and one more thing, is his item pack in correct palce? cuz wrongly installed item pack leads game to crash at that step, on which u are pointing

 

ow, btw he told me that he shared it from a friend HDD , and blabla inserted it in Ncsoft luncher. Is it posible?

well, if you are sure that the version is 2.1.x.x then use the procedure "how to conenct" it must work...
