Account Problem

Hi all, I apologize for my bad English, I hope you can understand me.

My problem is that when I try to login with my account, the website tells me that the account does not exist, immediately afterwards, trying to recover my account by entering the 2 possible mails that could be used to sign up for a while, and I get the error that such mails are not in the database.

You could tell if my account was deleted, or is there a possibility that my account still exists ... I can only leave as a fact is that my character was called "Saviour", a Sorcerer level +50, with set Anuhart and Tahabata Jewel... because I started playing Aion Gamez when using version 1.5 and then 1.9, which barely played.

About a month or so ago all accounts that hadnt been logged into for 7 months were deleted so this maybe what your problem is.

 

as ashtar said, probably your account has been deleted because inactive for more than 7 months, if its your situation, there arent possibilities for have it back
