Missing Images/Graphics/Buildings!

After downgrading from 2.5 to 2.1, I found that I'm missing images, graphics, and buildings.

First screenshot: Character selection screen, missing the background
Second screenshot: Morheim, missing buildings and the overall floor. I can fly through the buildings and walls, too

Any ideas on where to start? Such as which folders-textures, shaders, effects, objects-which should I be looking to repair?
