Missing icon item in game

Hello guys, I got VIP some time ago and used the new items.pak, this made me able to trade, this is good, but after this some itens are missing, when I kill a mob the item apears as a blank icon (i realized that one of the itens is Life Panacae, but there are others).

Here you see how it appears:

I really tried to solve this problem. I already used 4 or 5 items.pak and this problem don't go away. Im on Win 7 - 64.

I already downloaded 5 different items.pak, which one would be the appropriate item.pak???

I just downloaded and use the Razor one from here:

same problem. The blank icon still appears.

 

My aion version is: 2.1.0.12.

 

So guys any ideas? This problem is f***ing my game!

 

if the item is not very useful t you then its not a problem but if it is then its a different story

 

Well friend it is useful since its the best healing potion on the game. And it's not just this item, I count a total of 10 until now. Panacae mana and life, some belts, etc.
