Missing Item x.x AM's please help

Hello >< i purchased a ABG sword remodel to Sematariux's Sword from some one in game, It was a gift for my friend so after the trade i (iolheals) quickly traded it to my friend (kyosuki), after he relogged the sword was gone from his inventory, x.x.... this was just in the past 20 mins when the server was all buggy and lagging and restarting... :crying: is there anyway we can get this sword back? i have ss of the trade with the person i purchased it from, but i dont have a ss of trading to my friend you (ams) would have to check the trade logs? or something like that >< idk, but i know there is a way to prove i traded it to him without ss and to prove he didnt trade it away im just not sure if you guys need to find the logs or we do? if we do please let me know how to find them. I would really like to get this ABG sword with the remodel of sematariux that i purchased back. You cant see that the sword is remod to sema in the picture because of the stupid box's in front of my char when i was trying it on... but maybe the guy i bought it from has proof of the remod on the sword so that i can get it back the way i purchased it :crying::crying::crying: so yea ams if you could please look into this i would appreciate it greatly, thank you for your time and help!

i dont think it was a fake, i mean it could have been but i doubt it, i think it was just because the server kept on getting rebooted and it was lagging and shit x.x

ok how do i go about adding my chat log? just copy paste? or add the file here? or what do i need to do?

 

write the e-mail , attach the pic and and copy/paste the part of the trade from the chat log
