    Thank you. I sent the email. I already sent another unstuck request just in case that email does not get read. Now I am waiting for the server restart and my character should hopefully be unstuck. (I probably could have gotten unstuck sooner if I knew a Lumiel staff was not present to make us unstuck. Oh well.)

    Ok i'll explain why only Siel players are the ones getting unstuck (by me), guys i got promoted to be SAM and harling the server (SIEL), actualy im asking to Carl for ''managing'' the other server (Lumiel),i hope soon be able to help the two servers.

    -btw only sam or higher can unstuck players ''manualy''.
