    when i start a launcher this is hapen:
    gamezlauncher has encoutered a problem and needs to close. we are sory for the inconvenience.
    Yesterday I played the game!!!

    try to reinstall you gamezaion launcher, if its not worf try to run your launcher as admin

    go on your ncsoft launcher, file->settings -> auto update and check turn off automatic updates.
