GM i cant online my account,its carlrae my log in name,im a donator and always online 24 hrs a day,some people told me that my character was banned,but i dont know wat did i do wrong,and they always say that we will revieve a warning or mssge before banning,so we will know wat we did wrong,i can send u some receipts in my email that i donate a lot in this game,pls reconsider my account,and tell me wat i did wrong,thnks a lot,

 

what does it say when u wanna log in?

 

First of all , if you got banned you have to post in the ban appeal section , and your post should include your account ID & your IGN .
In addition , no one receives a warning or any kind of notes before a ban . If you're caught hacking and the AionMaster who investigated you managed to record proves , you can say bye to your account already .
Also , keep in mind that being a donator won't help you much if they got solid proves against you , it's not like you donate to be able to cheat all day long , it's more like you donate for the development of the server and in exchange for your kindness , you receive special gears to own harder .

 

it says i cant use that IP adress on the log in menu,my account is carlrae,thats my log in account,and as far as i know i ddnt do anything

 

make a ban appeal and wait for a SAM to reply to it.
