    - Bow Predilection [quest: 11255]

    - Blessing to the Agent [quest: 11129]


    If yeh, then where do I start 'em? Panda is in bad need for help here :pinched:

    I was hunting for the skins as well but no , last time I tried (approx 2-3weeks ago) the starting NPC didn't have any quests for me .

    Also , they might have fixed it since then so , I'll just give you a bump , someone might be able to give an exact answer .

    Wellz, for the first quest is given by Veille but such npc does not exist in Inggi... >_>"

    The second one cannot be given by the npc. Thats why I asked in case if its only me the one who cannot do 'em.

    Anyways, Im still waiting for a valid answer from our Pro GMs/ SAMs/ HAMs who know everything :>

    the npc doesnt give u the quest. just wait until the next update. i hope it will be fixed :p

    Ehh.. there isn't an npc called veille just like the mastarius we got in the building next to the marayas?? O.O
