    wait for the next server restart. Or log in with your account on site and make a unstuck request. Dont log in yet and wait for 10 to 15 minutes until the alliance/group is disbanded. By the way, next time avoid joining alliance/group cause alliance is bug at the time! wait until the bug is fixed.
