Missing NPCs in Sanctum

OK i just want to say that NPCs in Sanctum that sels lvl 55 armors and weapons are missing...And asmos have that NPCs in Pandaemonium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol that armor is for skins only....you cant buy lvl 55 abyss gear that is only for donators lol

 

Dude its in sanctum...go to the place where a lift is found in the middle of essence tapping, aether tapping, cooking NPCs. Ride the lift and it'll get you up and their you can find the NPCs selling the abyss stuff

 

All the npcs are moving to another server, they got bored here lol

I am asking for NPCs thar sells lvl 55 gear not lvl 50 at that NPCs shuld be in Cloister in Kaishnel

 

We're missing skillbooks/stigmas that are attained from quests (Passive Winged Skillbook which add %33 flight speed). Any way we can get some NPCs spawned that will be selling these? They used to be right next to the skill NPCs in Pandae/Sanct, but server updates have wiped them. Unless, there are other NPCs now where we can get these missing skillbooks at that I am not aware of. Thanks in advance.
