donation problem

hi guys i have a problem whit my credits.
yesterday i bought 2,162 x 3 ( 15 euros each donation, in a total ammount of 45 euros)
whit my mobile phone. i never got this credits.
today i tried again, whit a small donation , and immediaty i rcieved the small ammount of credits. in my account are missing 2,162 x3 ( 6486 credits ). if i click the "get help" button of super awards, it tells me that the credits are already awarded. i dont know what to do now, can anybody help me? (sorry for my bad english)

 

Hope you received some kind of proof, dont think they can do much with out it, gl hope this can be settle.

 

i'm ready to give my accaunt to the admins, so they can chek that i say the truth. if they look in the history of awarded items they see that the only thing i got the same day of the donation were some stigma shards, nothing more.
