Have you ever watched Food Inc.? that's an awesome movie, it really opens your eyes about all the crap food that's out there, specially the beef industry.

I personally love to eat healthy, always stay away from processed and non-organic food. It's a good thing that in my country, Organic Food is all over the place.

I'm actually surprised that someone would post something as important at this, I commend you for it.

If people took this kind of topic more seriously, perhaps you would self evaluate your own eating habits and do something about it. Sadly most people realize how bad it is to not know what you eat, until it's too late.

 

Well, I've seen countless vids on this theme, I will skip this one. It's good to know what we eat, but then we can't change the food since everything has chemicals.
