hello :] I need help!!

I downloaded Aion 2.5 and everything runs just fine until I have to put my Account and password to log in, I can't. It says that my "ID or password does not match (2)". And I already checked like a million times to see if I'm the one who is wrong entering the incorrect password or ID, but no And I've tried making a new account and it's the same thing over and over again. I just hope you can help me out. I'm really interested in playing this game. I would appreciate it Please and thank you.

2.5 will not work on this server u need to do that..

 

make sure you are using the account that you registered for on www.gamezaion.com
and not your forum account because they are two completely different things
