I'm confused

Well... i started play again Gamez at 3 days ago... i reached the maximum lvl with my sin... then i questioned me...

What now?

Do not own a decent set or weapons...

I think the best way to start is to go to dp and get anuhart at the moment... but honestly I read and did not understand very well how to collect medals, nor how to get the best set... who do not know which is for a sin...

I read somewhere that some people recommend EGT, other ABG .. and I've read other "abbreviations" I can not understand (I'm from Latin America and is quite complex to adapt, but slowly I know i can xD)

So to finish everything that I do not understand ... let's better if I understand what that is ask XD!

1 - What do think is the best set for a sin? Honestly I read somewhere several threads in the forum but all recommend something different and I have a cloud of confusion in the mind...

2 - I read that to get the medals, a way was doing quests in inggison (Or whatever it's called), and the other was a killing NPCs (I have no idea where they are, nor if it is necessary to kill them in party, if are weak, or if ultrahiperpowered)

3 - I also read that the bosses of dark poeta are much stronger or something... now we are 3 friends who play together, my other 2 friends are Cleric and Gladiator... believe there is any chance that we can kill bosses in dark poeta? (Obviously we are sure a good time but while we have the chance to kill them... I think there will be no problem...).

4 - Some explanation of how "Rookie" in order to understand how to get to get the best sets (obviously not donate, I know how the issue of donate and I think more than contribute something to the server, rather distorted things end... but hey... that's another topic...).

I've searched in the search, but no hard information on what I'm trying to find out...

 

1. best gear for any class is offcourse abg since that is the end game gear

2.i havent farmed medals for a while but you usually used to get them though killing fort bosses[you only gained like 2-4 medals],alote of them got duped so that show thousands of the medals came in

3.yes DP bosses have became alote harder to kill but if you have a good cleric it can easily be done ,except i heard that the end boss [taha] is bugged and no longer appears so im not quite sure if you can get a full set or not,there is always Beshmundir temple but some pieces dont drop so its impossible to get a full set[beshmundir is almost like anuhart but looks better]

4.well if you vote in about 3-4 months you can have abg set without even the need to donate,however the next best set you can get is masta or EGT [masta is pve gear and if you have vip account [a status you purchase for 1,500 credits and lasts for 30 days] and have extra 1k-2k credits you can easily get masta set+many adds [egt can be obtained through having ap points [pvping you can gain alote or you can kill mobs in gelka for around 400-600 ap per mob] one egt sets needs millions of ap tho and alote of gold medals

should not be a problem doing DP. dont know if they fixed tahab yet but other bosses drop accessories and such u need.
then i recommend u just start voting. now day ppl are trading EGT masta for like 1k+ credit (vip) so its crazy easy to get good gear.
also try do alchemy and create scrolls in big numbers to later sell for gear/weapons. ppl always need it and are willing to trade for it.
also with this new patch or update. u will get platinum medals for just beeing at the fort and killing ppl. plus u get AP to later buy EGT or better gear in game. its just takes time to build it up now days. was way esier before.

join legion and make some friends to help you for your set..you can get your set by farming gold medals in reshanta and platinum medals on core at abyssal splinter or you can craft it like master carved set or noble horned sets...

If you read his post carefully you will realize that he already searched the forum and that is why he needs extra help for the things that he didnt understand. Being smartass is easy,helping someone is hard.I know.


Topic: Best set for assassin is the ABG which can be obtained through voting or donating,second best set is the EGT which can be obtained in game from the NPC located at Inggison or Gelkmaros -- or (Convent of marchutan or cloister) depending on your race. It is worth 2 million abyss points and 202 gold medals. I am not sure if you can get medals now,i think the deity is bugged. But when they fix it you can go to reshanta and hit the big boss there (deity),after he died you will get medals 2-5. To see which fortress deity is vulnerable press M go to reshanta (abyss) maps and check which fortresses are red.

About dark poeta im not very sure because they updated again,but after they fix everything i think it will go back to easy mode. With a full party of 5 people you wont have any problem..


PS: good sets are also master carved - mastarius - noble horned dragon emperor's set. But if you can buy egt or abg then better. Because they give PVP defense and pvp attack on the weapons..

PS2: If you see that dark poeta is hard or not all the items drop you can try going to Udas and Lower Udas temples for the Jotun set. Some parts drop in lower udas and some parts drop in Udas temple. The entrance is near undiborg at inggison for elyos. For asmodians is lower in the map,i think at subterranea..Udas set is as good as anuhart.
