Where to get this plate armor?

Hi friend..... I was googling about this armor and found that is an Brutish Plate armor right:

Where can I get one? I know I'll need AP to get it.. but where? Is that with an NPC or something?

Im not so familiar with armour, looks like eat plate to me dyed white o.o

You can buy it with AP Points from vendors! Iluminating Plate Armour (+/-) with White Dye
(Original Armour come in Black)

well 50e set has wings... probably not using the shoulder plates?

 

indeed, 50elite(or any lv45/50 AP plate armor) set dyed something light(some shade of white)

And those are also the shoulders for that set.

it says that it can be bought for 57000 AP in aiondatabase.com, did you found the npc that sells it?

alternatively there's a lower model good if you want to use for remodel, which is the same looks but lower price.
