Before 7 days i cant to log in me char

one of Aion Master say

if you do unstuck request and dont log that char until a server restart

i do that but nothing happen

and Another of Aion Master say

if you do unstuck request and dont log to your accont

(( how i will to know if the server restart ))

but i do what he say to me

but nothing happen

Now

why all of that happen to me accont ???

i need Solution Problem if you can GM

 

If you didn't try to log your character after the unsticking request 'til the server restart and you still cannot access your character , I suggest sending a private message to Carl or emailing admin@gamezaion.com with your issue .
