Donation info needed !! urgent

Hi there , i just discovered that gamez Aion got new methods to donate now.
just a few mins ago i donated for 16€ with my mobile phone. i followed the steps and did
everything right. (16€ = 2,335 credits)
I got all the SMS Confirms that i payed , EXCEPT for the last one.

EUR2, thank you, your payment has been made. This is 7 of the 8 payed messages
Total price: EUR16
(transalated from dutch to english this is what it says)

15 mins been passed now , i still don't got the last message ( only 14€ of of the 16€ is payed now )
i also still don't have any credits on my account. is this normal ? or isn't it ?

help wanted just want to know if this is normal or not.
cause i usually don't donate alot , so i wanna know if i have a reason to panic
i thought everything would go automatic

 

If you received receipts then the transaction should have gone through if your credits are not added which they usually are supposed to in a minute or two. Wait around 30 minutes if you still have not received your credits email Carl at [email protected] with your recipt number/information

 

i still don't got any , so i supose this is not right i send a email to the admin now...

donations can take 24-48 hrs + ather those time if u dont get the credit u send the email to carl. and u know some donationsmethods are more faster that others .

Maybe buts its better to just notify Carl incase you actually do not get the credits

 

yes thank you for the fast response's guys i realy appriciate it , i know some methods are faster but this one is easyer for me.
i will wait , maybe my credits will come after a few hours i don't know. but i already informed the admin.
