Problem with my account

Hi all,
i got some problems here
this my problems

1. i have 2 account in this game, my 1st account buy credit from SUPER REWARDS,and paid by paypal ,maybe its about 2-3 days ago, and i got rejected + i got the refund too (its ok until i get the refund) but....after i get refund, i wanna try again to buy credit, when i press GET CREDITS under the SUPER REWARD pop up, i just get error page, so it's mean no more donate here? i can't do donate again? or what?

2. 2nd problems is my 2nd account, buy credit fron SUPER REWARDS too, but i paid by credit card, its happen about 2-3 days ago, from my credit card have notification its ACCEPTED, and i already pay for my credit card billed, but until now im not get my credit, its bout 5k credit.. i already email admin, email to SUPER REWARDS repeatly, so any idea for me to clear it?

that's why i make new thread here, cause in 3 days i got nothing, no credit, can't try again, im not get reply in my email...

maybe if some admin read my post, please clear it, i want to know whats problem here, and how to clear it..

why whould you have two different accounts and donate on them seperatly?

 

that's all not mine, one account its my friend account, and one again its mine..i just help him problem, with posted here..
