Glitchy Character Bug

Since yesterday, my Assassin has been glitching out randomly both in and out of combat. She will run in random directions, rubber band (glitch backwards repeatedly when running), in combat I get the message my target is too far away to use skills when she's auto-attacking the mob from right next to it. Some mobs are also running away and back to me randomly when I glitch out.

I have tried re-logging, restarting client and checking my other characters, it doesn't happen to the ones I've tried, just my Assassin.

What the heck is wrong?

 

that happens when you either have high ping or server needs restart

 

Normally I get almost no lag at all in game, it just confused me because it's only happening with the one char.

 

i dont think that your char is stuck but still send unstuck request and dont log on your char till server is restarted
