well what you must do is
explain your situation to a staff member[senior aion master preferably]
show them ss's of your chat log,your character with no gear[all cubes of your inventory and warehouse],your character with abg gear and maybe if you have one of actually you showing there is abg in your inventory or on character like having a mouse dragged over to a piece
and your history of you purchasing the abg from the credit shop
if you fail to do any of these you most likely will not get your gear back

Log in to your account on the main website, then go to Add Items > Select Server > Character > History.

 

go to www.gamezaion.com
log into your account and click on add items
pick your server and then your character
then below where it says add items next to credits it says "history'' click on that

to check your purchasing history, do the followings:

1) log in your account at www.gamezaion.com
2) click add items on the left pannel
3) select server and character
4) click history, next to the amount of the credits you have

next step to do is:

- press Print Screen button on your keyboard
- open Paint program
- press Ctrl + V and save as .jpg file

also provide the screenshots of all your characters in game, their inventory, Character Profile, and Warehouse.
and then send it to Head GM or Senior AM. the staffs might need to discuss first if ever we're going to approve this.
