Remember, accounts that were inactive for > 7 months were wiped when the new emulation came.

I wish it could be helped, but most likely....you're not getting them back.

SOOOO SAD, my eldest sister, and older bros lost their accounts too. Good thing even I wasn't playing, each time I get my hands on the internet, I try to vote If I had been warned, cuda saved their sorry arse accounts, they r so sad right now specially my eldest sister, she loved her toon. And my older bros raging for their ABG weaps haha, now going to play at crystal with some few friends, new start is better, now that 2.5 is coming. Its like a whole new adventure.

 

Depends when you quit.
1-2 months ago, they implemented a new emulator and did a MAJOR update.
All accounts that werent active for 7 months or older were deleted.
Hence why you were able to remake your account successfully

yes Regi, i was thinking about playing at that time, i only logged in my account in the website though (crappy internet from school, cant handle the game at all) So yea if they deny it i guess there is no reason for Lightsage to continue, as I now have nothing to start over with and most of the old friends are gone...
