Forgotten my ID, need help.

    Hi GamezAion-Support,

    I joined GamezAion in July/August 2010 and played quite a while, I am also a Donator, but had to quit around September because of a serious illness, now I am recovered more or less and want to play Aion again, but cant remember my LogIn-ID, I can give u some Information on my Account/Char, so my Question is if you delete Accounts which are inactive for a while or can u help me to get my ID?

    Please help me. Thank you.

    all inactive accounts for 7 months have been deleted
    someone tried getting their gear back after loosing it from inactivity and the staff denied it

    they shouldn't do wipes like that, IMO.

    I played in this private server way back 2005 and has been inactive since now, but I checked my account through their site and still got my credits unused... they do character wipes sometimes. but not the account.

    Still no official answer.

    Yeah, jj011185, I think deleting a non-donater-account is one thing, but the account from somebody who donated should stay untouched.

    Didn't this server open like 1 year and a half ago? o.o'
    Anyway... on topic:

    As the others said , accounts that have been inactive for 7+ months , have been deleted. (Not sure why.. to clear the database.. to make the server run faster , something like that..)

    Wouldnt mind to level again a character but it would be fair to get my donation Items back or the Points, I mean I supported this server and that shouldnt be ignored.

    Being replied to is not common, and being given items back even less so.
