Problem with fly sistem

I have a problem....i cant fly in some places like brusthonin but others player can...why this?!

 

System.ovr file in your gamez aion folder
g_freefly = "1"
it should be like this and u probably have ''0''

Download new system.ovr and replace it with old one

 

Done but...the problem isn't solved

 

If u replaced it with new file,check is it g freefly 1 or 0 and ofc u have to be loged off when u fixing that.
If works for everybody i duno other reasons why wouldnt work for you.

Mine look's like this

-- add your settings to this file, not system.cfg

nothing...i tried again but nothing...i still cant fly
