How do you feel about templar?

Talking about temps, I made a temp just to learn how to defeat temps.. LOL! but i dont really know the extent of their skills..

I heard that some temps have a MAGIC BOOST built! which makes me think ridiculus! but! temps have magic skills too!



Templars are sooooo hard to kill! but in contrary, it's hard for temps to kill his enemies too especially cleric..

some say that u need to kill a templar TWICE coz he outlasts even the most deadliest skill of an enemy

 

yeah true. temp vs cleric or temp vs temp is like the most booring battle u can do. then its all about the mana.
but if we did have stigma system like its meant to, the temps would not be all that great with all that heal and defense buffs.
but then again all other classes wont have alot of other stuff either.

 

Well honestly if stigma system was in siel it would make pvp more stradegic+harder. As of now people can just spam the highest hitting skills from both stigma trees and kill ppl
Would make pvp more challenging and less boring(cough extremly short fights)
(though lumiel has it and mabye its why it has low pop??)

 

Ermmm, I'm specifically talking about Templars in lumiel. Temp seems to be at the low end there.

Well, I'm full eat and it was hell dealing with a besh glad. It is either I suck, they're really good, I'm nerfed, and/or they're overpowered.

PS - I don't think block works on lumiel

u kidding? do u know how hard for sorc its to kill temp?? O.O yeah sorc are not nerfed actually its more like other way around

 

I've been playing templar since I came into this server and I most say that templars are holding the short end of the stick. Based on my experience on Retail, a Gladiator cannot handle a Templar, it should be the other way around but right now on this server a Gladiator is a Mix of Templar's Resistance/Defense + Healing Skill and Gladiator's Damage. a Templar is a Water down version of a crappy Gladiator with even less skill to help fend yourself.

Granted, you can still take on Sorcs and Spirit Masters but if you're a Sword+Shield Templar then you are shit out of luck because your shield skills don't work against them. You need to carry a GS around to deal more damage but you're taking off your MR while you use it and that's when a sorc can own you.

I think the devs need to look deeper into the Templar Stats and boost them up or fix stats for all classes overall, until then templars will just be a puppet for the masses.

I'm still not quitting templar tho', I still love it and it's not that we're NOT useful, it's just that they're greatly underpowered compared to every other class.
