Server crash= lost my pvp tome

    Hi,
    before the server crashed, I account transferred my pvp tome and donation wings to another toon. After the server restarted, I lost my pvp tome but I still have my wings. What is going on? Character name: Fearesh

    EDIT: Character select screen still shows that I'm using my PvP tome, but when I login into my character its Tahabta's orb (which I used previously)
    EDIT: Video available now. My character select screen still show that I have my pvp tome but in game its tahabata.

    EDIT: Added screenshot of my tome on my other toon before server crash.

    EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. I contacted Carl directly and he refunded me. CLOSE THREAD

    it happened to me once
    my tahabata spear is in my char i ups it to +13 then put it to my char
    then when i click the fly button my tahabata spear is gone lol
    i didnt know what happen

    If it was due to a rollback the items should be on your original character.

    I've checked my original. The odd thing is I lost my tome but my wings are still there. Instead of the tome (which I equipped for quite a while before server crash), my toon is equipped with a tahabata orb after the server rebooted.

    Fearish definately had this book >_< somthing must have bugged during the crash.

    I'm using the latest items.pak. I could see my 1.9 wings and other 2.0 gears.

    i also rolled back and lost some items,but those are easily replaceable,i also lost skills but not the lvl lol

    anyways,it most likely is a bug.

    I'm really expecting a GM to reply, at the very least inform me that they are looking into this matter. I also do hope to be compensated in a way, really don't want to see $20 wasted.

    this is a bug place a complaint to Gm and they will check into whether u had it or not . dont expect it to happen quickly could take some time!

    Wow I hope this doesn't happen to my donation items or to somebody else's seeing how nobody seems to care about this. I can understand GMs not caring If it was a tahabata item or anuhart but this is an item people got for real money and can't easily be replaced.
