Cannot sell Anuhart Items?

Ok, so when I first encountered this problem, someone told me it was because of a bug with the broker. However, I cannot do anything with my Anuhart items I got as drops. They have not been soul bound to anyone.
I cannot sell them in broker, personal store, trade, or store in account warehouse.
However I see people selling Anuhart and Tahabata items in their personal store and new auctions for them at the broker.

Is there a fix for this so I can sell them?
