Tahabata weapons cannot remodel ?

    Hi there i just got a question. why can't you remodel a tahabata longbow ( with something else ) cause i want a better looking skin on it. but remodeller won't let me to.
    it says : The appearance of tahabata's longbow cannot be modified.
    is this because i don't have the latest item pack.. or is it normal ?
