have a problem. needs an answer ASAP

    when I log on, i am on top of something or under it, or some unknown/dead place. then when i try to run like normal i teleport to meters of it and then lost hp, looks like i died cause my char looked invisible like when you just respawned. and i couldn't click an npc too. I restarted client but nothing happened, its still the same.

    any help please?

    if you could post a screenie it may help in diagnosing the issue. also were you in a group or alliance when it happened?
