    why does everyone have 16.0 with just scrolls on?

    flight speed cap is 16.0 Every class is able to get this flight speed with decent gear (flight speed on breast=10% , pants=8% and helmet=10%) + Flight scroll, and it was never a bug.

    It was bugged at the moment when the passiv flight speed skill (lvl 25[abyss entry quest]) wasn't activ and all were flying around with 14.2 with scroll and only assassins were able to go to 16.0

    ok assuming every gear has flight speed... are you 100percent sure about this or just an assumption? has this been verified?

    ok so is it normal for Wind Walk to go past 16.0 flight? cause i just used it to chase an asmo with the same speed as me before i used it. or i must be wrong he might have stopped but i was sure i was gaining distance from 32m to 20 then used dash

    i play retail since over 2 years and it's normal to get this flight speed.

    Ehm, even with wind walk, or any other flight speed buff you shouldn't be able to get over 16.0 because its flight speed cap.
