AION(1024) Failed to Initialize the game

    Hi I'm new to this server and the community + rates really appealed to me. However, I just cant seem to get my aion to work...I"ve already downloaded up to v2.5, downgraded to 2.1 using the stickied guide. However, now I kept getting this "failed to initialize the game" error everytime upon launch. Can anyone give me any solutions? I've read around, I have directx installed, and I can't use NClauncher to update game or it will make my version 2.5 again lol. I've restarted PC and even reinstalled aion 3 times and none of them proved to be any bit of help at all.

    Yah I did everything according to the guide so everything is in the right location, I"ve triple checked :p

    Um I haven't tried repairing but I"ll try it now

    Update it again and then Repair

    dont forget to change the version.ini
    2.5.0.x to 2.1.0.12

    Sorry for double posting. I reformatted PC, reDled Aion and redid the steps 2 times again and still got this error. I'm kinda frustrated with this lol, but I heard that this server will be upgraded to 2.5 (retail ver.) this sunday right? If so, I don't mind waiting but if not then I wouldn't be able to play ;(
