Everything says "replace me"

    When i start up the game, the login screen has a background of "replace me" when i get to the Character screen everything says "replace me" and then when i get into the game. All tree's, bushes, grass etc. says "replace me" ... how would i fix this please? Thanks!!!

    the problem with this is that when i repair it i get an error from the NCsoft launcher i dont know why but i cannot download/update/repair with that launcher..
