What was your greatest "Eff You" moment?

Junior high.
Back in Vietnam, there are jr high schools that you can choose to return to for your high school career if you pass their re-entrance exams. My jr high was one of the major schools in the city that emphasized on English skills, and obviously I chose it as one of my priorities.

The day after the re-entrance exam, I was literally short on 0.5 credits for passing both the honors AND the normal class. What pissed me off even more was that my friend (who was 3-4 credits short) was readmitted after his mom talked to the principal about it.

I was so bummed out. Disappointed for a whole week. The girl I liked then started getting distant (and eventually left me for another kid). I got into another school, not as good, but was very decent. Got into the English team for that school, and was the leader of that group.

Oh boy, the day I got the gold medal from a national English competition, you can't imagine how big that "Eff You" coming from me to my jr high was.

The moment I forgot I put a 5 dollar bill into the vending machines at my work (not realizing it was a 5 and forgetting they don't give you change.) Eff you machines.

 

What kind of machine doesn't give change o>o

 

Well its one of those vending machines that have chips and stuff like that, but I put in a five and for some reason it wouldn't give me change in quarters or anything, guess I was having a bad day lol.

 

the moment i smoked in campus grounds with no care of getting cought.managed to do it for 2 days then got cought but left with a warning!

 

Back in Junior high, I was on the football team and someone from my class was also on it, but he never did anything at practice other than sit around and watch us. He always blamed it on his ankle hurting too bad to play, saying he had "inflammatory tendonitis". Of course this was just a misdiagnosis from his doctor because he hadn't exercised in ages and that crap happens when you just start exercising hard all of the sudden, but usually you toughen up instead of see a doctor thinking you have a disease.

Anyway, one day me and him got in an argument, I told him to man the **** up and play instead of scapegoating his pain on what a doctor told him, and not actually trying to deal with it at all, called him a pussy for signing up for a sport and not having the toughness to even practice for more than a week. It almost escalated into a fist fight but we both knew neither of us would do that because we didn't want to be expelled from the team, or suspended from school for that matter, and he called me out on it saying I couldn't do shit.

The next day he was a smartass to one of the stoner-skater guys and got beaten to the ground while cowering in fear. I was wearing a happy face the rest of the week.

 

When I was last chain in Honors band and my band director said I belonged in nthe second band. I was a face. But then we had a chair test and I landed second behind someone 2 years older then me. I was like "eff you" director

 

You're an *******. That's not cool, but rather cruel.

As for me my best vengence is getting to where I am now and going where I am going and saying **** all of those who did me wrong in the past.

The best revenge is success!

 

Even still....why be happy something bad happened to him? Not like he was doing anything wrong.....there could have been other reasons he didn't wanna play.

 

If you can't practice because you were basically scapegoating, don't join the team at all

 

But what if he was forced by his parents?
I know a lot of people who are in my band being forced to play and as a result decide to fail the class and come up with tons of excuses of why not to play.

 

i never had this kinds of moments... im soooooo regular.... go home play vids, play with my kid, sleep, go to work, sit, demand people what to do, get massive pay check, then go home...

 

Not everyone's life can be that simple.

 

He wasn't forced, he joined by his own decision.

Also, its not like he was hurt that bad, it was a regular school fight and he got a black eye and what not, didn't even fight back so the guy who hit him got a long suspension and everyone laughed at and picked on him for not for not even defending himself and cowering, for a few weeks. Its not like I want to see harm come to people, but when I was on the brim of fighting the guy and hes all smart-assy about the fact that I wasn't willing to get expelled from the team/suspended over it, and then the next day he gets hit for his same smart-ass remarks to someone he shouldn't have done it to, yeah I was a bit happy.
