    could be a server problem at ncsoft self had this when updating to 1.9 on retail they needed a week to fix this :)

    Uninstall the entire Aion client.

    Redownload and instal via NCsoft launcher.

    ..be sure that the launcher is not being blocked by ur firewall..either that or the connection from ncsoft to u is slow..

    im having the same problem. it's saying "Retrying Connection" then "Connecting" its stuck somehow on that page.
