Problem with donating...

Hi guys, I donated $100 right now from Super Rewards and my credits didn't show up still... My legion mates said this might be a problem so... I don't know what to do.
I clicked in "Help" in super rewards and it says "viewed" i don't know what happened since i don't have a Super rewards acc, does it take like 24h to my creds or is it bugged?

Help please.

I created one account in super rewards to check the status of my purchase,
It says it is "Pending"
What does that mean?
What do i need to do?

wait 24 hours after that, if u didn't receive the credits, send a email to [email protected] with ur problem

 

bump for you, but if you going to claim such actions you really need proof buddy. Like screenshots or if u went through paypal receipt otherwise you will not be help. also go to help section on super rewards to see you options and gl bump for u

 

Well i can't take any SSs because on my laptop doesn't have it, and about the receipt it isn't on my e-mail(I think it's there it should be). I will wait 24h then.

 

..if u used paypal, it should and has to be there..if not then that's a problem..

 

Than it is a problem... I did with paypal and it isn't there.
Is there any chance of the payment have not been completed?
