char/race problem

Hy, i've came back on Aion and i have a little problem... there was a time when i wanted to play Elyos and Asmondios on same account, now i can't DELETE the Asmondios Character ... pls tell me what must i do, i can only see a window that tells me that i must delete a character and remain with only one, well... i would do that if i could, soo any GM that may see this pls DELETE my char "Shoker" and e-mail me on my account mail. Thank you and have a nice day

Is this the window you see? If so - Ignore it , your characters will not be deleted. You are allowed to play with both races
Try typing "Ok" in that window..
