oh my..i've been away for 3 days on holiday. n now when i log into game i getting the above message. :sad:

what have i done to getting banned? im not hacking or do anything that will getting me banned. it was fine before i go to holiday.

 

plz GM pm me. am i getting banned or what? do we get notify if was banned? r we getting those message (as subject) only because was banned or we could get the message because of game/client technical problem?

same shit happened to me, I think I got banned for PvE'n. You know cause rocking that lvl 30 quest gear was just SO awsome at 54.... Sry about your luck, my account never got fixed and I doubt yours will either. I even had a prim account, sucks.

 

If you have a router or some modems also do it, make sure you have forwarded your ports > someone just PM'd me about this and that was his problem, also make sure your fire wall hasent blocked it.

Never thought of that, then again I dont have a firewall other then the built in windows one. I'll turn it off, try and figure out why my crystal launcher is freezing when I open it. Then try to connect. I'll let you know what happens!


Edit! Didnt work, fuck my life. Thanks for the idea tho, even refreshed my IP. But I dont think my IP has changed in the last like 4 years tho, gotta love comcast!

 

i have full set daevanian armor (after doing the armor lvl 30 quest with 5 different char). getting banned b'coz of that?

i've refresh my IP, disable my firewall, disable internet security/antivirus, forward modem..( i don even know how to do that.n not sure if my isp allow that). nope..still same.

 

I doubt you are banned, but just PM albull to make sure. Otherwise, keep working with him on fixing what the issue is.

 

Did you try to login at a friend or talk to some1 to log in with your account to see if the problem is because your ISP , IP , PC etc

 

Its almost a month. and i still cant enter the game. And im not banned. I doubt its ISP prob. Was ok before. No problem login Gamezaion. But why not Crystal. Have already pm if not all support member/GM but no respon. This is the end for me in Crystal? What happen to my donation point? Gone for good? No one can help me?
