The Beginning [A Story]

    The Beginning


    With open eyes, I searched. What I found, was as typical as a world. A mimic of many worlds; However, why was the world I set my eyes upon so different? It was rich in resources. It was a world capable of sustaining life. Many other worlds tried doing the same, but with greed in mind, they did nothing but hog those resources, choking the very life of their worlds without realizing it.

    I went towards this world..this..resource filled world. It was lonely, sad, and dry. It seemed like I was the only one there, but I wasn't. There were others there, with the same feeling that I was getting, but living life to the fullest in this world full of potential. As a newcomer, I decided to do the same: Live to the fullest.

    Those who searched with open eyes found this resource filled world as I did, and arrived the same way I had. With days that seemed like months of expertise, I reached out to these people and welcomed them to this brand new world with open arms.

    I became like a mother to the inhabitants of this world...

    Part 2: The Civil War

    Diary Entry 73:

    Dear Diary,

    Things have gone out of hand. I had no idea things would come down to this...this massive hurricane of opinions, emotions and much more. I know what brought this all up however. Change. It wasn't very favorable towards many of the inhabitants. There were pre-chants of rebellion, and now it has gone to a full scale civil war.

    My opinion was unvoiced until I was forced to take sides to protect the very beings that sustain the world better than I did...but now, I do fear that if I stay longer, fate will look at me, and if I don't look back I will face a much harsher punishment than what my actions right now would render. I will leave now, before it is too late. I'll miss many of those people, some which I may never see again...
