Hello Gamez,

This post is meant for new players that come to the forums for answers about the servers before they begin to play. This mostly came to mind after I participated on a few posts from new players today.


Q: How many servers are there available on GamezAion?

A: There are a total of 2 Servers on GamezAion.
1- GamezAion - Lumiel
2- GamezAion - Siel


Q: Are the servers PvE, PvP or PvPvE?

A: They're both meant to be PvP focused servers with high rates on XP/AP/Drops but you can still do PvE. As developers work to improve the servers, more diversity should be on the way.


Q: Is PvP balanced on both servers?

A: Yes, For the most part but each server has it's unique features.

1- Lumiel: Uses the Stigma System (meaning that you need to buy the stigmas and can only follow one
FULL Advanced Stigma tree at a time, they're not automatically unlocked), the PvP action is more
balanced and less of a massacre.(unless you are zerged)

Players have to be more aware about the Stigma Tree they choose and it slightly renders
The power of each player to a "balanced" state.

Armor and weapons are still a necessity and cannot be disregarded. However, you don't need to
be ABG stacked in order to get around and PvP at a decent rate.

2- Siel: There is not Stigma System (this means all stigma skills are unlocked as you level) and there is no
need to worry about the stigma tree, which boosts the overall power of the players and you become
more gear dependent because you need to protect yourself even more in order to outlast your
opponent's attack.

This server is mostly for players who are more care free about PvP and would not mind taking
a beating as well as delivering one right back. Armor and Weapons are a necessity and although you
can get around without top armor and weapons, it is recommended you get it to posse a challenge
during PvP.


Q: Which server has a larger community?

A: Both servers have a large quantity of players and it should not be a problem to find people to play with.


Q: Which server should I join?

A: It really depends on what you're looking for, fast paced PvP With All Skills (Siel) or Semi-Balanced PvP (Lumiel). You'll still find a good community on either server and plenty of Legions are constantly recruiting for new members on both sides. Also remember that a good community is what you make of it to yourself and what you do make it better for others.


Q: Do I need to donate to acquire good armor/weapons?

A: Donating is an option and helps keep the servers up and running. However, there is no need to donate in order to acquire good weapons and armor or to contribute to the server, for that you have the following options.

Voting: Every vote counts as 10 credits and you have a total of 5 votes per every 12 hours.
During the first week of every month you get double the rewards for voting which is 20
credits per vote. Every good armor and weapon (ABG) can be exchanged for 2,000 credits each.
You do the math to calculate how long it can take you to get a whole set.

Donating: This is optional and as I already mentioned, doing so rewards you with credits since
you're helping keep the servers running. You can find more details about the donation

Trading / Hunting: You can trade with other players in-game and get decent armors and weapons
or you can also join groups which do instance runs such as (DP) Dark Poeta and
(BT) Beshmundir Temple.


Q: Are there hackers/scammers on these servers?

A: Unfortunately, yes but the GMs and the players themselves do our best to keep them out. If you ever come across any of this harmful individuals and you have proof of their wrongdoings, please report them on this section. REPORTS


Q: I like PvE but some quests are not working, what do I do?

A: The first thing is to search in the forums to find answers by using the search function. If you don't find any information about the quest bug, please report them here (You can also report any other type of issue you come across). PROBLEMS


Q: Should I play GamezAion?

A: Yes, of course you should and we welcome you to join any of our servers but if you feel that GamezAion is too fast for you or you want a more retail-like experience. You could always join CrystalAion. You'll also have an ejoyable Aion experience with another great community.

I'm not making this thread with the intention to disregard how anyone feels about the server they play on, so if you feel that something is not accurate or should be changed or added, please PM me and I'll gladly edit this post if necessary. I'd like to avoid any negative comments as this is meant for new players and it's from my own perception from what I've experienced on both servers.

If you have anything useful that could be added to this Q&A for new players, please PM me, I'll add it and the credit for the update will go towards you.

My experience on CrystalAion is not as extensive as it is on GamezAion which is why I did not include it on here but I will make another quick Q&A for it if necessary unless someone who plays CrystalAion wants to make one for the CrystalAion forum section.

To summarize my thanks and not take away any deserved credit, I'd just like to say thank to the people that responded to the following Thread "New Player" which was one of the threads that gave me the idea to make this quick Q&A.

Is Crystal Aion better?

In every way possible!

And why do yall keep saying more retail like? Only differnce between us and Lumiel is you have to buy skills and slightly lower exp lol.
