Be more detailed on the "ensure items" part Do you mean, how to get a certain drop from a mob for sure or something?

losing items when update will be implemented...

 

Now it seems I am at a distinct disadvantage in this department considering I haz no computer/laptop D:

 

screen shot everything. they might not see the name exactly but they should recognize the item you claim it to be or make a video of all ur items and highlight each one least the ones you care about =)

 

i saw my player inventory but no have apperance ticket the frre ticket plastic surgery XD

 

Endorphine answered it well. Just take a Print Screen, save it somewhere in a folder or something, and if you do lose any items during the update, contact an Aion Master.

 

1.)

take screenshots/videos of your inventory in game. don't forget to show the date/name of your character.


2.)

Go to the Gamezaion website.
chose a character and view your inventory.
take screenshots from there.

 

Print screen goes directly to the ss folder! and its not recycled with the update.
