    well the first thing you do is create a scout class. then you start leveling it. when you hit level 9, do the ascension quest and voila, you've just built a ranger!

    seriously? there are a thousand guides on building rangers. go read one of them. theres an entire section of the forums devoted to guides, try checking that first.
