    What operating system are you on, just out of curiosity?

    Applies to both Math and Darkaznboi

    I had the EXACT same problems you both are having with WinXP 64 bit. First I was unable to log in at all, then when I finally got to the login screen I got a failed to auth. I couldn't come up with a fix for this myself besides updating my operating system to win7 ultimate.

    No. You're on Vista. I'd recommend a possible reinstall of the launchers and/or Aion if you cant get it to work though.

    for the new gamez aion installer My computer won't let me access the new Gamez aion installer .... it said window cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item ... then it just delete the gamez aion installer

    Right click when you do that and opt to run it as administrator (It should have a shield icon next to it). It'll pop up and ask for your permission.
