need gm about my credits....i didnt get my item

    i need help about my item...i bought last night an archon primus pilus leather belt but i didnt get it and it wasnt in my inventory at all..i log out my account first to avoid any problems but then when i log in after i confirm the item from the website it wasnt there, didnt recieve the item...:sad:
