Item extraction problem

Yesterday I tried extracting enchantment stones from some items I found. After the item gets extracted it is supposed to be destroyed but this didn't happen and I also couldn't sell the item or extract it again. Havn't tried equiping it tho.

Has any one els had the same problem or is it just me?

P.S.
Has any one els not been able to open the legion warehouse? I know i should be able to cuz I made my own legion with some friends.

 

bet if you log out and log in again its gone.
