Problem installing aion :/

Hey guys i went of aion for a loooooooooong time but i came back so i when i try to install it i always receive this issue
Aion encountered an error last time it tried to perform an operation


The server does not support the necessary HTTP protocol. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) requires that the server support the Range protocol header.

can someone help me out i have already done the following: -Re-intall Ncsoft launcher and repair it.
