2.5.0.4v Asmo/Elyos character Log-in disabled

So I updated the aion to 2.5.0.4 because the common solutions on gamezaion.com says to repair or update if you are getting an error like this:"This program is unavailable to your country" and so I did, and now I can play at crystal properly but when I log in to gamez I get stucked at character selection. There is a window that appears saying that I should not have an elyos and asmodian character in one account. There is also an OK button there but I can't click any other buttons meaning I can't log in any of my characters.

My guess is I need to delete or modify some files on my aion folder but IDK what. I tried googling for it but all that appears when I use the keyword "asmodian and elyos" or vice versa, are articles about asmodian VS elyos only.

Can anyone please help me?
