Lost items

On Saturday June 8, Guardians held a 20v20 event, in which Elyos won. My templar, Bluedeva is an elyos. The rewards were sent out shortly after the event by mail. I never took them out of the mailbox, and after the 2.5 update, they were missing.

My ranger, Bluearrow is missing one Sky Dragon's mace, it should have a total of 3, but it only has 2:

I posted this before, but it got deleted after forums got back up. I am hoping to receive a reply from a GM/AM soon.

Do you have a screenshot of before and after in game not from the website. May help you get a better response.

 

who in their right mind would try to take a screen shot of all the items on their players IN game? that. It's simple if you don't have to move your mouse over each item, but then that would defeat the purpose of taking a screen shot since a lot of items look-alike.

 

So you are saying that im crazy? Cause i took a video with every single item in my account,before the update..

 

Someone who doesnt want to lose important items would take a screenshot of the said items in game. At least i do. You have to have some proof that you actually had them.

Or the GMs can check the logs. Since I haven't really done anything on my ranger since 2.5. Furthermore, I don't see the difference between moving your mouse over each item to take a screenshot in game vs. taking a screenshot of your list shown on the website. It's easier to scam via taking an ss in game since you can have an identical looking item and can just swap places with the item you want.
