OMG why cant i delete this character just to log in??

    ive been away fron my PC for a month now and i dont know whats the news about gamez.. ive just finished downloading the 2.5 patch coz i cant log in to game through the old game version.. but OMG i cant log in my character coz i have 2 races on my account.. and i cant delete the elyos char on my account coz i cant even click the ok button... help plz.... this is the SS PICTURE.... hope u guyz can help me coz i really miss gamezaion and i really want to play this game again.. :sad::sad::sad:
