Reward issue

Hello!
Today ,19th June 2011 arround 11:40 AM (GMT time) i logged on GamezAion site, to redeem items, for my vote reward points. Something went wrong, because i went on site to redeem leather boots but when i logged in game i found a dagger in my inventory. Either it was my browser that malfunctioned somehow, or a server problem,i have no ideea.
Please do help me. I am not asking a very big favour,just that i want to get an item that i need to use, not something that i already have (because i have a pvp dagger already on my char).
So, the redemption was made on char Cipy (assassin) of server Siel. I am going to spend those points anyway, but i wanted to get lvl 50 elite abyss armors,starting with boots (those at 1500 points each).

Very nice. Wasn't enough that you wiped the database ingame,you had to rollback the forum aswell.
I'd like to receive a reply from an AM. Just to see some customer care. I share my time to advertise your server, you can share your time to reply me.

Screenshot your purchase history on the Gamez site then SS your wh/inventory in-game and upload it here.
Without proof no AM can do anything.
